oh my! I know every funny people still ask this question even when they know the answer . Anyways, whether you know the answer correctly or not , I have got your back okay!. just stay with me on this page.
The answer is a" YES",it is good to menstruate but why? I'm gonna spill that one right now.
Let's get started!!
In simple terms, Menstruation is the phenomenon in which there is periodical discharge or flow of blood from the vagina of ladies during their reproductive period.
Many reactions takes place in the body before the actual flow of blood \menstruation.If you wanna know about that kindly click here to proceed.
Yes , it is good to menstruate and here are a few reasons or should I say few importance of menstruating.
Initially, you should know that the menstrual blood\menses released or discharged during Menstruation contains dead cells of the endometrium, blood clots, plasmin, mucus, cellular debris etc.
Considering the level of waste products contained in the menses, it could be harmful to the body if it's allowed to accumulate, hence, Menstruation serves as a natural way by which waste products that resulted from (ovulation and fertilisation processes)can be eliminated from the body. cool isn't it? so that's the first reason or importance.
*IT AIDS THE ELIMINATION OF WASTE PRODUCTS FROM THE BODY
For a woman to have regular periods, the following need to be functioning properly:
- Hypothalamus
- Pituitary gland
- Ovaries
- Uterus
Also, it is a known fact that when you are menstruating, it simply means you undergo ovulation, and when you ovulate , with the help of the male's sperm cells , you are liable to get pregnant.
Now , most marriages health issues is the inability to bear offsprings which later makes the marriage nothing to write about.
most times , the causes are that those women don't menstruate normally or maybe some haven't even experienced their menarche. shocking isn't it ? someone of age 25,26,27.... haven't experienced menarche ... yes it is real , I ve seen and read about cases like that also . This happens because once you are not menstruating, it simply means you don't ovulate and when you don't ovulate , there's no possible way for you to get pregnant normally.
Hence, I advice that you should know the age at which you should expect your menarche to be seen, which are between the ages of 11 and 17 possibly 18 and if by 18 years of age you haven't noticed your menarche, please you need to see a professional medical doctor or specialist in gnaecology immediately.
Here's the point :
*MENSTRUATION SERVES AS AN IMPORTANT SIGN OF FERTILITY IN A WOMAN....
