Premenstrual Tension

This is a state of the body experienced about 7 days before Menstruation takes place in ladies mostly in their 30s and is characterized by depression, pelvic discomfort , bloating, tension, headache , breast soreness, clumsiness, irritation and weight gain.

It can be caused by the imbalance of hormonal factors and nutritional, psychological problems. 

Note: Menstruation is a normal and healthy occurrence in a woman during her reproductive years . Hence, there's no reason for it to interfere with your daily activities. On the contrary, if you notice any signs that are taking effects more than normal , you should seek the consent of a doctor or a gnaecologist.
